I visited the service desk to get a new key fob battery. The lady was delightful and efficient. Just as I was leaving the counter she said, " I wish you a wonderful day." Her tone was very genuine. Jeremy assisted us back into the car when ready and even put my wife's walking aid in the trunk. He even waved as we left. The entire experience was pleasant. The car was given back very clean, the report very detailed showing a thorough job had been done.Thank you Jeremy. More
