With the horrible experience buying my Ford at another dealer I wasn't ever going to deal with Ford again. Then I get the recall notices and I had to go to Ford for that. I went to AutoNation Ford and was totally surprised at the excellent service I was given. For a dealer "AutoNation" to treat me so good, fix the recalls, wash the car and clean the inside changed my view of Ford dealers. I guess the dealer that lied, cheated and ripped me off shouldn't have formed my opinion that all Ford dealers were liars and cheats. To top off the excellent service I received at AutoNation they provided me a ride home while they fixed my car and picked me up when it was complete. This being a recall fix made this more impressive because there was no charge. Thank You AutoNation for an excellent experience and service. I may even buy my next car from you. More
