The GM did contact me before I sent this review and was supposed to get back with me after the conversation in regards to "what he could do". I guess nothing as he never responded. He has my number and email.

Did not have to wait 3,4,5 hours for an oil change. Made an appointment and that actually mattered. I was in and out in an hour and half which was great compared to other dealerships! More
