Great communication and great service. Using AutoNation Ford sales and service is a positive experience. Exceeded my expectations again! I know a loaner is not in my warranty. But Angelina Using AutoNation Ford sales and service is a positive experience. Exceeded my expectations again! I know a loaner is not in my warranty. But Angelina must have seen the concern in my face. She arranged one. I told her after getting the loaner car how much this meant because of family health issues. I actually drove the loaner home and back - 19 miles total. It didn't need to move from the driveway but having it available meant a lot. Thanks! More
