I scheduled a service appointment at McRee Ford more - daniel12mejia

I scheduled a service appointment at McRee Ford more than a week in advance, originally for 8:45 AM. Without calling me, they changed my appointment to 11:45 AM and only sent an email notification. A simple phone call would have been the professional thing to do. When I arrived with my 2026 F-150 that is still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, I was denied a loaner vehicle and told it wasn’t covered because I didn’t purchase the truck from their dealership. Having previously worked as a service manager at a dealership, I know that’s a poor excuse and not how good customer service is handled. To make matters worse, William Baillie had me retrieve my own VIN information instead of assisting me. The entire interaction felt like he didn’t want to get out of his chair or help at all. I also wasn’t greeted on the service drive, which is a basic customer service expectation at most dealerships. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning and would not recommend McRee Ford’s service department based on this experience.

Simply been amazed by employees employed at Ron Carter. - hazeltea246

Purchased a preowned truck from them. - zw.fregia

Purchased a preowned truck from them. First time ever purchasing a vehicle so wasn’t familiar with the process. They tried to push the VIP package on me and I told them no, I didn’t want it. Ended up they worked it in without me seeing, my fault for not looking it over again, and cost me almost 2 grand. For those that don’t know, part of it is a 20 dollar oil change, and they would pick it up for you. 2 years in, they change it so that they only pickup ford brand vehicles. Biggest waste of money for my and it still aggravates me thinking about it. All that on top of when you come in the truck was more than the advertised price.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta - Walter & Katherine

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Walter & Katherine * Andrea had taken care of our daughter for us on a previous purchase and introduced us to Megan. Thank you Andrea!!
