I’m writing this review to share my recent experience with AutoNation Ford. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Before I drove off the lot, I informed the salesman th with AutoNation Ford. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Before I drove off the lot, I informed the salesman that the heat in the car was not working and that heat is essential during the cold, winter months. The salesman told me to return on Monday, December 8, 2025, so their technicians could repair it. On Monday, December 8, 2025, I waited at the dealership for several hours, only to find out that my car had never even been looked at. I was later told they only have two service technicians available on Monday's. Despite this major inconvenience and the fact that my time was wasted, the salesman did not show any concern, nor did he offer an apology. This lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be referring any friends, family, or colleagues to this dealership. Like, literally never. More

Additionally, the salesman Rigoberto (Rigo) Guzman was the highlight of dealing with AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway. My experience with this dealership started with an online enquiry and Rigo responded promptly to my request. Everything was done online until we were able to reach an amicable deal. I was an out of state buyer and when I flew into Houston Hobby Airport, Rigo picked me and my wife up at the airport. I wanted to go to the dealership sign papers and leave quickly as I needed to get on the road. Then the delay and wear down began. I had been dealing with a certain business manager and had to wait an hour only to see a different business manager who did his best to upsell me a wide variety of options which I already expressed many times that I had no interest in. After trying to wear me down, I finally signed papers three hours later with the original amount that was negotiated between me and Rigo. I never did meet the Sales Manager. He never said hello or congratulations on making a very high dollar purchase on a truck. The truck was cleaned but definitely not detailed. Rigo gave me a quick lesson on how to operate all the technology on the truck and answered any pressing questions I had. Then we were on the road. Truck I purchased was exactly what I wanted. A Big Thank You to Rigo Guzman. Best Salesman at this dealership. If it wasn't for Rigo I am not sure I would have had a deal or enjoyed the experience at all. More

I previously bought a vehicle from this Ford dealership and even left them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. After spending over three hours negotiating a final price, I later discovered and even left them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. That is completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of honesty and integrity. Yes, I should have double-checked the paperwork more carefully, but a reputable dealership should never take advantage of a customer’s trust. The fact that they slipped in a different final price feels deceptive and unethical. I’m not asking for the money back — I take responsibility for overlooking it — but I want to make sure others don’t get misled the same way. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be extremely cautious. If they did this to me, they can do it to someone else. Don’t let yourself become the next customer they take advantage of. More
