If there was a zero star, that would be what I'd be giving Autonation Gulf Freeway today. I made an appointment to have my Ford Mustang analyzed for intermittently failing to start ignition when pushin giving Autonation Gulf Freeway today. I made an appointment to have my Ford Mustang analyzed for intermittently failing to start ignition when pushing the start button. They picked the date 10-23-25 at 8:30 am. I thought with this information, they'd be prepared to work on my car as per scheduled date/time. However, when I brought the vehicle, Jose, told me I'd have to leave the vehicle and maybe mid-week next week they'd have someone available to look at my vehicle. That is very unacceptable. If it is going to take that long, then what benefit does it have making appointments? I purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and planning on getting a new Ford Explorer soon. I will definitely go somewhere else after this horrible lack of planning and bad service management. The service manager for Autonation Gulf Freeway should be fired. More

Salesman did a good enough job as a salesman. Made a connection with us, answered questions, said the right things, and was nice. Had issues before even a week was up, called salesman. No help. Blamed on me. Nothing. The paper tags were still on and I had to drop $800 on repair and replace. Called and wrote General Manager, no answer at all. Bottom line, all they care about is getting your money and nothing else. More
