AutoNation Ford - Gulf Fwy showed me that my individual needs were not important to them. They simply wanted my money, and did not communicate with me at all beyond the bare minimum. For the price tag on the Ford Explorer King Ranch I have purchased, it was absolutely insulting that they didn't wash the vehicle, didn't update me on service status, and charged me incorrectly and told me "well we already ran it and can't fix it now - sorry." So - they were just fine giving me less than exceptional service, and then charging me for more than they did for me. Pitiful. More
