AutoNation Ford - Gulf Fwy showed me that my individual needs were not important to them. They simply wanted my money, and did not communicate with me at all beyond the bare minimum. For the price tag o needs were not important to them. They simply wanted my money, and did not communicate with me at all beyond the bare minimum. For the price tag on the Ford Explorer King Ranch I have purchased, it was absolutely insulting that they didn't wash the vehicle, didn't update me on service status, and charged me incorrectly and told me "well we already ran it and can't fix it now - sorry." So - they were just fine giving me less than exceptional service, and then charging me for more than they did for me. Pitiful. More

Took car in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Service adviser said I should do additional engine performance servicing, which I did. Everything went good, but it took longer than I was expectin Service adviser said I should do additional engine performance servicing, which I did. Everything went good, but it took longer than I was expecting. I was expecting about 1 hour for the oil change and tire rotation so I had planned to wait on the work. It took about 3 hours for the work. I am assuming the engine performance servicing took the extra time. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have arranged to leave the car there and picked it up later in the day. More
