the personnel needs more training on how to do customer service and make them feel like that are being helped with the problems, at least give some sort of free service or gas gift card for inconvenience o service and make them feel like that are being helped with the problems, at least give some sort of free service or gas gift card for inconvenience of making things wrong and not trying to repair what's supposed to be fix, I had purchase 2 vehicles here giving them a second change to fix things on my second purchase but it feels that things don't change and had been having troubles with my vehicle still and cant be helped by this dealership that supposedly was covered with my protections plans and my warranties and extended warranties and gap and every time I go the answer is still the same it doesn't cover this it doesn't cover that when it clearly says in the paperwork that is covered I had calls by dealership and I only hear I'm so sorry to hear about your problem but I was not even offered to have any type of compensation to at least consider coming back to the dealership or even recommend it to family and friends this only makes me not recommend it and even review on google about all my bad experiences that I had with them before More

Back Up Camera was not working at some times. Autonation Ford analyzed the problem and changed the camera. It appears to be working correctly now. They did the work faster than promised.
