Communication from the service department is nonexistent. I understand taking a couple days to diagnose my vehicle but not having any contact whatsoever is ridiculous. After leaving multiple voicemails and finally going to the dealership in person to get a response my husband was finally given a response, which was in fact a lie. Supposedly our vehicle was currently behind looked at by the service tech but in reality it was sitting in the lot in the exact spot it had been for days. We purchased my husbands F-150 from this dealership and had wonderful luck with the purchase side but the service side needs to be revamped completely. Never returning again! More
