Trust is the word I would use when I talk about the team at AutoNation Ford thanks to Jeremy the director in the service department. 7:30 arrival for an 8am appointment. Left the dealership 7:30 arrival for an 8am appointment. Left the dealership at about 15 minutes until 11. Some oil spilled in my engine compartment. Windshield wip 7:30 arrival for an 8am appointment. Left the dealership at about 15 minutes until 11. Some oil spilled in my engine compartment. Windshield wiper fluid looked like dirty sink water was used to fill up. And my engine oil life was not reset. Pretty bad experience overall. Second time getting the same experience. 0/10 would not recommend. More

I was originally quoted a higher estimate to complete the repairs. When I got my repairs completed, the final price was about 12% cheaper. The repair on my vehicle was quoted to take about 4 - 5 days to get repairs. When I got my repairs completed, the final price was about 12% cheaper.
