I have been coming to this dealership since I purchased my vehicle and I have to say that I enjoy being there. The environment is friendly and the service time was actually pretty well. Came in to get a recall and several small repair items done, was told the recall was free but the diagnostics on the repair items would be over $600 before they even start a repair. The recall was supposed to take 3-4 hours and I had a 8am appt and had dropped the car off the night before so it would be there. The service writer told me they might not get to the repair that day and was it OK if they kept the car overnight. I said "no" since it was supposed to be just a 3-4 hour repair. Finally, at about 5:50 the service writer called and told me it was ready but they were closing at 6:00pm. At least they left the keys with the sales folks. 0 of 10 would not recommend. I would never, and I mean, never recommend this dealer. EVER. I have owned many cars and trucks. And I have never seen such a lackadaisical attitude towards customers in my life at a dealership. Listen, I get it, times are tough and everyone is suffering. But you are in the SERVICE industry. You can at least communicate with your customers. You make us make appointments. Then you don't even look at the vehicle for 7 hours knowing full well that I had to have my vehicle back that day. And you never call to follow up or tell us anything. Then when I come to pick up my vehicle because no one there has touched it, you could care less. I read the reviews online about this dealership. I should have listened. More
