What is there to resolve?. I took my car to another Ford repair center and two of the three items I had a problem with were found in minutes and were nothing more than a loose connector. The broken taillight was a no brainer and did not need any diagnostics. So, for basically $100 + parts my car is fixed and you wanted over $600 to even look at it. Regarding the recall, I told the service writer that I was in a wheelchair and that was my only means of transportation. So much for 3-4 hours and an appointment... seems meaningless to AutoNation.
