I leased a Ford Mustang Mach-E from Autonation Ford earlier this month and did not receive what was promised at signing. During the sales process, I was clearly told that the home charger and instal earlier this month and did not receive what was promised at signing. During the sales process, I was clearly told that the home charger and installation were included as part of the agreed lease price, covered by a related rebate. My Ford Credit lease is now fully funded, so the deal is complete — but the dealership has refused to honor that part of the agreement. I’ve reached out multiple times and even contacted the New Vehicle Director, but I still haven’t received a clear response. I’ve tried to handle this privately and reasonably; I simply want the dealership to honor what was represented when I signed. More
Worst dealership to buy a car from, they will seek you the car and never own up to fixing anything at their service department.
