Based on my attempted buying experience, the “1Price No-Haggle” claim is a fraudulent scam. They won’t sell you the car at the listed price unless you agree to over-priced add-ons. In my case, I readi No-Haggle” claim is a fraudulent scam. They won’t sell you the car at the listed price unless you agree to over-priced add-ons. In my case, I readily agreed to pay the listed price for a used Explorer. After I politely decline the $749 paint protection plan and the $749 theft insurance, they came up with endless excuses why they could not sell me the car, culminating with the ridiculous claim that all of their computers crashed, precluding them from printing a sales contract. They claimed they would call me the next business day to send a contract. They then ghosted me. They won’t return my calls or texts. It’s possible that my lack of a car to trade and my decision to pay cash instead of financing contributed to their decision not to sell to me. In short, I think the listed price is a fraudulent scam. I appreciate that a business wants to make money, but their fraudulent business model is frustrating. The listed price was a good price, but they are luring customers like me to their dealership with good prices and no intention to actually honor the price. That was my experience, and this is my opinion. I still need a car, buy I won’t be buying from AutoNation Ford Katy. More
Vyncint and D’ are the best car salesman I have dealt with in 20 years. I love and know cars, but I was helping two friends find there's and this place was awesome! No games, they just worked with them with in 20 years. I love and know cars, but I was helping two friends find there's and this place was awesome! No games, they just worked with them until they both drove off happy in there new rides! The prices are already set reasonably, and I left this place feeling like I gained brothers to my family! They should teach other salespeople how to talk with the guest! As a Guest, tell the truth, be legit with what you can really afford and you will become a happy customer like us! I will refer anyone who asks for help for car buying to my new brothers! Love you all! More

My husband and I spent weeks researching family SUVs and found an Infiniti QX60 at this dealership that seemed perfect for us. On August 1, we visited the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and were int found an Infiniti QX60 at this dealership that seemed perfect for us. On August 1, we visited the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and were interested in purchasing it. However, the initial pricing included several add-ons and fees that we did not want. We asked for a modest reduction of about $1,300, but the manager informed us that the dealership's policy was not to negotiate on used vehicles, so we left. A few days later, the salesperson, Naser, called and told us that our $33,000 offer had been accepted. We specifically confirmed this before making the long drive back to the dealership. When we arrived on August 5, we were presented with the exact same pricing we had been offered on August 1. When I questioned this, the manager, Oscar Loaiza, told us that negotiating on used vehicles was against company policy and claimed the salesperson was new and had been confused and that there was nothing they could do. The issue was never the price. The issue was the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism. We drove back to the dealership based on information that turned out to be FALSE, and no one took responsibility for the salesperson's mistake. Our time was wasted, and we left feeling misled and disrespected. Buying a vehicle requires trust and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience was filled with conflicting information, poor communication, and wasted time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More
Every time we have an appointment for oil change and tire rotation it takes well over 2-1/2 to 3 hours. We always tell them we will wait and they always forget we are there until we finally have to ask the rotation it takes well over 2-1/2 to 3 hours. We always tell them we will wait and they always forget we are there until we finally have to ask the status and they then tell us the vehicle is done. More
