I showed up early for my scheduled maintenance visit. As I had no service advisor selected, Mikel Ouida engaged with me and stepped me through the process. He told me what they were going to do and told As I had no service advisor selected, Mikel Ouida engaged with me and stepped me through the process. He told me what they were going to do and told me to expect at least two hours to get all the things done. He also measured tire depth and advised replacing the tires in the next couple months. I was out in a little over an hour. Great job Mikel! More
