The service man, Dustin was amazing, he was patient and thorough. The service personnel went above and beyond. They can do better with transporting their customer back home especially when I have been a lo thorough. The service personnel went above and beyond. They can do better with transporting their customer back home especially when I have been a loyal customer for years and does not have any means of getting to your place of destination. Although the manager has shown some degree of empathy but the constant hassle of thinking about how to get back to your home after a drop-off is quite discouraging. I do not understand the rationale of having a customer worry how he/she will get home for leaving his/her car for repairs that will take days. I have also worked with the sales and collision department too...this facility has wonderful people so I will recommend More

Booked full service and some aircon work on F150 Raptor, vehicle returned in 2 days and pleased with work. HOWEVER I noticed that 300 MILES WERE ADDED, fuel tank was empty and muddy condition.
