Service center is not honest or reputable. The manager Henry was no help when we discovered an oil leak after we had to take it to another shop. AutoNation Ford Katy did an engine diagnostics The manager Henry was no help when we discovered an oil leak after we had to take it to another shop. AutoNation Ford Katy did an engine diagnostics and we were told it was bad motor mounts. Took it to another shop and found it was an oil leak causing the fail. When We called Henry at Fors about it he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. This should have been seen during an engine diagnosis. After reviewing them on google we were told they would not help us further. Completely unprofessional and not recommended. More
