It took him some time to get Ford to cover it, but I was more than happy with his help and the time it took to get my veh warranty issue on my truck. First time having Ford F-250 service work done after owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I ha owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I had a 7:30AM appointment. Oil change and tire rotation took 1hr 45min. My Tundra routinely was done in under an hour. I LOVE my F250, but so far the customer service with Ford has been dismal. More
