Everyone at the dealership was very professional, courteous, and got right to work on my truck. The Waiting run was very clean, and comfortable, they had my truck completed, in a timely manner. I asked for appointment due to living in another county, I was assured I had one. Arrived and not one person was aware of my appointment. This dealership has the worse set up for customers arriving. Service writers look you straight in the face and do not speak. Not a good afternoon someone will be with you shortly, nothing. Your parts Department however has an employee who is customer oriented, needed a part for 2003 Lincoln, he found the part currently being made that would do the job. I already knew the labor rate and didn’t mind spending the money, but the No Service department didn’t have time for me. Love my 2003 Lincoln and it will be going to Gainesville , I am very disappointed with Lincoln Nation More
