Service Department: If i could give less than 1 star i would. I had a check engine light come on my 2018 f350 diesel. Over boost condition. Adam and the service group have no clue what they are doing. would. I had a check engine light come on my 2018 f350 diesel. Over boost condition. Adam and the service group have no clue what they are doing. I was charged nearly $400 for a diagnostic fee that included a failed turbo, oil pan gasket, rear ring and pinion, and failed track bar. After towing my vehicle from the stealership to an independent ford master mechanic, turns out I had two faulty sensors (not a failed turbo), a missing rear brake caliper bolt (not rear ring and pinon), track bar bushings and an upper oil pan gasket that needed repairs. The dealership quoted me $14,500 in repairs for things that would not have solved the major issues causing the check engine light and over boost condition, after having a proper diagnosis of the issues i was quoted just shy of $6K in repairs. I would highly recommend not using this stealership for any sort of service moving forward. Their "best diesel mechanic" has no clue what he is doing, did not run any proper diagnostic test and was just throwing high dollar parts at a problem that would not have fixed my truck. STAY AWAY!
