We purchased a new 2010 F150 with special a special wheel package that the dealership had purchased and installed prior to us ever looking at the vehicle. When we found that these wheels were causing problem package that the dealership had purchased and installed prior to us ever looking at the vehicle. When we found that these wheels were causing problems with the truck and went back to this dealership for help. They first said they would fix the problem, but when they could not fix it they changed their tune and began to say it was not their problem because the wheels and tires were not stock. They first offered us some options but the next day they took those options back. In my opinion this is the most dishonest Ford dealership I ever purchased a vehicle from and I have bought many Ford vehicles because I was a Ford employee for many years and their product is the best! So in conclusion if you want to buy a Ford vehicle I suggest you DO NOT go to GO COURTESY FORD. More
Gil made our transaction go smoothly from beginning to end. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see, really listened to our needs, and never tried to push us in a direction we didn't want to go. He rode with us for a nice test drive, and we very knowledgeable and informative concerning the features of the new 2011 Ford Fiesta. The negotiation aspect of the deal was very easy and direct and fast. When we went to pick up our new car Gil spent more time with us teaching us features and capabilities, and made sure we knew to call back if we have questions or need help with all the SYNC techology. He was also very pleasant and friendly to our children. We highly recommend Gil Montellano and GO Courtesy Ford! More
Got a call from Mike Sears on Saturday....like his demeanor and decided to check out website..saw a vehicle I was interested in and called to make an appt...made it for Monday at 1pm. Roomate got home decided to drive down to the lot to see the cars..the car was gone but was shown others in my price range..was told by Chris-mgr of financing that I could qualify for a new Ford Focus with the new incentives to go with it. While waiting I was shown a 2010 USED Toyota Corolla LE sedan...price was under KBB and payments were do-able. Closed the night out with great intention of trying to purchase the car on Monday. MOnday came back to close the deal and didnt waste too much time with financing and payment agreements...The friendliness of the salesmen..aka..James Kirk and Mike Sears were impeccable and impressive...and the patience and helpfulness from Chris was a shock and delight as well. No sweetie, honey, sugar, or any condescending names...but respectful treatment from all I talked to. Finance finisher...aka Shane was awesome as well. He loved our casual and happy demeanor and we expressed ours back as well. Got hugs out of the guys and promised them more customers thru word of mouth by me and roomate. I have shopped for plenty of cars in colorado thru the years and this has been the ulitmate pleasurable experience of my life...quick and fast and efficient and no xxxxxxxx! I had never heard of Go Automotive, and had concerns about the reputation of your dealership. Hadi alleviated those concerns. I'm happy with my purchase, and, as a salesperson myself, I appreciated his straightforwardness and attention to closing the deal. I took up much of his time, but Hadi maintained a level of efficiency that impressed me. And we had a blast on the test drive. Hadi gave me a fair price, repeated that my purchase was as-is, and promised nothing additional to the deal apart from a cleaning detail and some batteries for the keyless entry fobs. I would definitely work with Hadi again, and I've already recommended him and GoAuto to two friends who are interested in vehicles. Apart from Hadi's abilities as a salesperson, it's an inconvenience to be required to register my name and email with this website to offer my salesperson the kudos he deserves. Thanks- Nick More
All of the people involved in my new car purcahse were great. The salesman was not high pressure. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle by myself.
