Absolute disaster. ..I took the vehicle initially, came back in 2 weeks as no one would take my call (Shawn I believe was his name). The team at this ford dealership was amazing- Joey my main sales contact is the BEST. Joey went above and beyond to make sure we felt good about spending $80k on a car, and he patiently walked me through main sales contact is the BEST. The service department staff at the counter are great. My problem is with the techs in the garage. Car was suppose to be in for 2-3 days . On the 6th day I called them. They hadn’t even started working on it. NO CALL, NO UPDATE, NO RESCHEDULE. SPENT $250 on a rental car. I took my Expedition in to for a oil sensor repair and it also had a cracked valve hood. It took a over a month to get the parts.
