Lied to numerous times, strung along for over a week, and when we finally decided we liked the vehicle so much we were just gunna accept fixing MINOR repairs our self, manager got tired of us getting upset over his service departments negligence and put the price back to internet price (unaffordable range for us). Great dealership with friendly and helpful people I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Melanie Komosa. She was the sweetest, and helped with every question we had! She is new but was super friendly. I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Melanie Komosa. She was the sweetest, and helped with every question we had! She is new but was super friendly. Our purchase was her first sale but I feel like she can only go up from here! I truly have nothing bad to say about the entire experience and would advise anyone looking to go see her at AutoNation! Incompetant & Dishonest, Stay Away! Scheduled my auto for a recall repair, questioned service advisor as to whether or not required parts were is stock for repair. Advisor said "parts we Scheduled my auto for a recall repair, questioned service advisor as to whether or not required parts were is stock for repair. Advisor said "parts were in stock bring auto in, have you finished same day". Two days later finally get my car back, no parts is stock. After the demonstration of complete incompetence, the service department tried to rip me off with "immediate need" brake replacement and of course the new air filter. My air filter had been replaced 1 month prior, and brakes nowhere near needing service(verified by my trusted and very competent mechanic.) Stay away from this dealership, not worth your time or money! More
Refused to fix bad paint job I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta in December of 2016. The paint on the back rear passenger side bubbled and pealed. I currently have 7827 miles on the car. I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta in December of 2016. The paint on the back rear passenger side bubbled and pealed. I currently have 7827 miles on the car. After spending hours of time at the service department and tons of pictures later, they have refused to fix the paint problem claiming that Ford Warranty won't cover the issue. I have contacted the General Manager and Ford Warranty and basically they have told me there is nothing that can be done about it. I am very disappointed in Ford and AutoNation Ford Mobile for not standing behind their products. I recommend that if you are in the market for a new car, definitely choose another brand besides Ford as they do not honor the warranty on their products. More

He One of the worst experience on the phone this morning talking to one of the service writers. Wish I knew his name because I would for sure post it. He is one of the most rudest, condescending, degrading person that I have ever encountered that is suppose to be trying to help customers. I'm just glad I had the opportunity to experience their customer care before I brought my truck in for work. I had spoken with a different guy on the phone yesterday. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly to communicate with. His demeanor is why I chose to bring my truck in for service. He made me feel that I was going to be taken care of. More
Just Another Dealership This dealership lured me in to buy a truck I wanted; even let me take it for a drive only to be told after I got back that it had already been sold. This dealership lured me in to buy a truck I wanted; even let me take it for a drive only to be told after I got back that it had already been sold. What!!?? I'm not sure why they did that but it was very disappointing to be set up like that. It was April Fool's Day though. Maybe they needed to play at least one prank on a customer. On a positive note: Thank you Alex, who went with me on the test drive. Your knowledge of the vehicle and friendliness stood out from this otherwise waste of time. More
NEW TRANSMISSION!? My grandfather bought me my '99 Ford Ranger brand new when I was 15, and it's been my baby ever since. The service department at the dealership in Vir My grandfather bought me my '99 Ford Ranger brand new when I was 15, and it's been my baby ever since. The service department at the dealership in Virginia, where we lived, was fantastic and no truck has ever been pampered more. My family boight 8 cats over 40 years from those guys! After driving to Mobile, it began to shudder and jerk, so I googled the nearest dealership and took it in...assuming the quality of service would be the same. Autonationmobile told me I needed a whole new transmission to the amount of $4300... after having me come back because they couldnt figure out how to start it! A quick Google showed the same truck for sale nearby, with 50k less miles, for $3000. I, literally, teared up at the thought of having to give up that truck. On a whim, i took it to a transmission shop for a second opinion. Long story short, it was a $50 fuel injector (that i replaced myself), and its good as new. All i did was take it to Auto Zone, and they plugged it into the computer for error codes for free. 200k miles now, and counting! Insult to injury, following my scathing Google review, I recieve constant e-mails about everything from tornado warnings to service discounts flooding my inbox daily now. Live and learn More

Why do they not check the air pressure in all four tires as a matter of routine? Do they not know how hard it is to find a service station with a tire inflator? After this last oil and filter change the "Change Oil Required" warning comes on every time I start the car. Should they have reset this? This is aggravating as xxxx. I have searched the internet for an email address for this dealer and can't find one. More
Delays Galor, no urgency, and Not Repaired Correctly Sat I parking lot for a week without being looked at. They moved from body shop to service center and charged me 65 dollars towing fee for some reason Sat I parking lot for a week without being looked at. They moved from body shop to service center and charged me 65 dollars towing fee for some reason. It then sat again for a week. Escalated for repairs,. Took a week. Drove back home, over 7 hours, on a bent rim with squealing and lost air at 10 pounds per day. Mobile Autonation said it was completed and perfect. Grass from the accident was still sticking out between the rim and tire. The truck had a tire pressure warning alarm when I picked it up. They took it back into the shop and returned it saying it just needed to be reset. From the experience, I suspect the put air in the tire and sent me on a highway drive at highway speeds with a bent rim losing air and who knows what else. It's back in a Ford repair shop in FL that has confirmed the repairs we incorrect. Do not go here. They will charge you and send you on your way with broken equipment and take forever doing it. The bow on the package is how little they care how they are impacting your life and timeline. There is no sense of urgency here. Bad body and service department. Avoid if at all possible! More
First time dealing with a Ford Dealership, NEVER AGAIN This is my very first review ever, but due to my experience with AutoNation Ford I feel its needed. We recently bought a used car from AutoNation For This is my very first review ever, but due to my experience with AutoNation Ford I feel its needed. We recently bought a used car from AutoNation Ford. The sale of the vehicle went pretty smooth with Steven Adams on December 09, 2015. Prior to leaving the dealership I was promised a spare key and FOB for the vehicle. They assured me that the keys is somewhere in the dealership and once they locate the key and FOB they'll send it to me. Which is not the case at all. I also got in touch with Terry Buford, he assured me prior to the New Years that they'll make a copy of the keys and FOB after they contact the AutoNation Honda in Mobile. After trying to get in touch with Terry Buford for over 2 weeks, leaving numerous voice messages without a call back I finally talked to a gentleman named Jimmy. Come to find out, AutoNation Ford is not responsible for the spare keys and FOB since the previous owner only have one copy of each when they traded the vehicle in. I was told that if theirs no written agreement about the spare key I'm SOL. Thank you AutoNation Ford for my worst experience with any dealership. You can assure you're dealership will not be recommend with my friends and family and especially the military. Thank you for your disservice! More
