We walked in with the intent of purchasing a truck, which we had identified for our choosing. After a test drive we opted to make an offer on the vehicle, which was declined under the premise t truck, which we had identified for our choosing. And while everyone seemed genuinely friendly and ready to assist, we felt that the wait time was inordinately long for a cash paying customer (and not entirely attributable to the sales rep) and frankly was an imposition. Additionally and inexplicably, we were required to fill out a credit application, despite our method of payment. The dealership could do a better job of providing expedient service to cash buying customers. More
