Horrible Experience Horrible experience! Worked with the Internet Sales Manager. Once we finally agreed on a price he lied to us and told us the car was no longer availa Horrible experience! Worked with the Internet Sales Manager. Once we finally agreed on a price he lied to us and told us the car was no longer available, that the car was sold. (I know he lied because my husband and I went to the sister store where the car was located and took the car for a test drive). After we took the car for a test drive we emailed the Internet Sales Manager and the GM of AutoNation Ford North Canton store, telling them the car was still available. The only response received was from the lying Internet Sales Manager telling us that they had a different car available to purchase. Would not recommend that anyone buy from this location, if you choose to, DO NOT deal with the Internet Sales Manager. More

Everyone, especially salesman Marcus, was very friendly and laid back. This was not at all the high pressure, pushy, intimidating image I often had of the car buying experience. I was given several different financing options to meet my budget and given a fair amount for my trade. The whole process went very smooth and it seems the goal at Mullinax is to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. Marcus even gave me a follow up phone call a week after my purchase to see if any new questions had arose and make sure everything was still going well. I have been to other dealerships where they were pushy and tried to talk me into things I didn't want just because that was all they had in their inventory. Marcus and Mullinax were the complete opposite of that. They understand that when you are spending that much on something, you want it to be what you want, they were willing to search their other stores inventory if need be, but luckily there was one on their lot that was just what I was looking for. I am very happy with my experience at Mullinax and have recommended them to my friends and family who may be in the market for a new or used vehicle in the future. More
