The highlight of our most recent purchase was working with Mr. Bahador Eskandari, the Sales Exeutive that was by our side from start to finish taking the Branco Badlands we purchased for a late night gas fill. He was exceptional. on the repair front our go to Service Specialist is Mr. Jessi and in the reason we keep relying on AutoNation Ford Services. Management and Finance were extremely helpful. Overall a serious double thumbs up. More

Brought in my vehicle for an issue with the transmission and brakes. It was left at the dealership for 3 weeks with no clear diagnosis or estimates for the work required to address the issues. Terrible service and customer service. My truck has been in the shop for 2 months. I took it in for a turbo issue which they fixed but then they damaged the engine once they took it on a t My truck has been in the shop for 2 months. Not sure if they actually know. AutoNation Ford has refused take responsibility for the engine damage. They got Ford customer service to pay for a small piece of the bill. However, I still have a large bill with the repairs and rental car. More
