I am active duty military and recieved orders to the LA area. I wanted to order the NEW bronco and spoke with Joseph mistrih. I couldn’t be more satisfied! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the process of ordering the bronco. Joseph kept notifying us on all the updates as well as answering my what seemed like 1000 phone calls and emails about the bronco. When we finally got the bronco in Joseph reached out and set up for us to come get out brand new SWEET bronco. During the paperwork process Joseph was more than knowledgeable we were on a time frame and needed to be out within a small window and they made it happen without having to worry about feeling rushed. On Friday the 23rd of this month my friend and I stopped by this dealership to look at their used car inventory. I was involved in a major car accident in late December and was recently advised by my doctor by this dealership to look at their used car inventory. I was involved in a major car accident in late December and was recently advised by my doctors I could start driving again! The sales person, Jasper Edmund came to our aid immediately to assist us with our search. He was so helpful and patient. We were able to drive a few cars and Jasper had his, Abanoub/Ab come assist in running numbers for me. With the economy the way it is, I was concerned with what my payment would be and they were both very of this. Jasper pointed out a 2008 Honda Accord that had recently come in and it was the best choice not only for condition but over all pricing. The finance person on that day was Yanni and he also was such a easy and helpful person to work with. What was amazing was they offered to either fix or pay at least half of any items that my repair shop felt needed to be fixed. I went back in this past Tuesday and the GM: Farrukh Zaheer looked at the items and offered to pay $600 towards the bill which the Estimate at the time was around $1200. And said the $600 would be regardless to what the billing came to. The finally tally was $1247.70 which I submitted and they $600 will be very helpful.
