I was really disappointed with the customer service provided by the Sales Manager. He was unwilling to have the service department look at my airbag light which has been going off since I bought the ca provided by the Sales Manager. He was unwilling to have the service department look at my airbag light which has been going off since I bought the car from them. He tried to give me some BS excuse that I need to take it to another dealer when I was just there a few weeks ago to have the light looked at but it went off before I got it to the shop. Why could they help me a few weeks ago and now all of a sudden I need to go somewhere else even though they sold me the car and the light went off right away. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to go all the way back to the dealership to have the light checked out. They could’ve easily looked at it while it was there. More
