I had an appointment to fix a recall on my ford. Auto Nation in Torrance. I was immediately help upon arrival. I was offered a ride if I needed it. They had it done faster than I thought it would be Auto Nation in Torrance. I was immediately help upon arrival. I was offered a ride if I needed it. They could improve on their communication skills so that clients can make plans if they are going to be without a vehicle. Also Autonation Ford scheduler needs to know or coordinate with Service Manager clients can make plans if they are going to be without a vehicle.
