Even though he could not be completely sure that I would take delivery of the vehicle, he nonetheless always spent time assisting in building my vehicle, explaining the features, and encouraging me to test drive an earlier model. Once my Bronco arrived, his enthusiasm only made the moment even more exciting. Clearly the relationship does not end when the customer drives off the lot because he has graciously reached out a couple of times to confirm that I do not have any questions or concerns. Also, their finance staff was helpful and incredibly nice. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Torrance. Lastly, this is my third Ford (two prior Explorers) and I continue to be a satisfied customer and advocate for the brand. More
