Service is near non- existent. You sit and wait 2-3 hours and nothing gets done. I’ve been in 3x for a slow leak.in front right tire since we bought it there. Took my Mustang GT in for an alignment after getting new tires and Kathy from the Service Department was extremely helpful. Not only did she provide quick service, she provided me with the detailed data reg tires and Kathy from the Service Department was extremely helpful. Not only did she provide quick service, she provided me with the detailed data regarding the alignment and left a voicemail regarding the results, since I was at work. Her great work and superb service will definitely have me going back to Autonation Ford Torrance for service. More

Worst sales experience. I have bought over 30 vehicles for my fleet and know the process well. They did not get me a copy of our sales agreement because we signed electron I have bought over 30 vehicles for my fleet and know the process well. They did not get me a copy of our sales agreement because we signed electronically and they added every additional warrantee they could think of without telling me. Total bull! and Illegal! That totalled about $6000 above what the price was supposed to be. Sales manager is a fraud and should not be trusted. I am taking this up with Ford corporate since Autonation Ford of Torrance will not take any phone calls. More
