Took my Mustang GT in for an alignment after getting new tires and Kathy from the Service Department was extremely helpful. Worst sales experience. I have bought over 30 vehicles for my fleet and know the process well. They did not get me a copy of our sales agreement because we signed electron I have bought over 30 vehicles for my fleet and know the process well. They did not get me a copy of our sales agreement because we signed electronically and they added every additional warrantee they could think of without telling me. Total bull! and Illegal! That totalled about $6000 above what the price was supposed to be. Sales manager is a fraud and should not be trusted. I am taking this up with Ford corporate since Autonation Ford of Torrance will not take any phone calls. More

As a first-time new car buyer, I was naturally very nervous going into my first big purchase. I had heard all of the horror stories from people who had terrible experiences at other car dealerships. At AutoNation Torrance, this was not the case at all! Joseph made the process very easy and enjoyable. I couldn't help but smile throughout the entire experience.
