We bought a 2020 Fusion on January 7th . Joseph Rufino was our salesman, we had a great experience with Joseph. We were told that the battery in the car was bad and since it was Sunday there Joseph Rufino was our salesman, we had a great experience with Joseph. We were told that the battery in the car was bad and since it was Sunday there was no one there to replace the battery. They said they could jump start it and we could get the battery replaced and they gave us a due bill stating that. They said to send a copy of the receipt for the battery and they would reimburse us for the battery. I sent the invoice the next day and I have been told twice that they are working on it. It has now been a month and we have not received any reimbursement. So it seems they don’t follow thru w what they promised More

At working hard and getting the vehicle I was told two weeks later to bring down a phone bill complex.
