Worked with Christian to get a recharge of my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrids dead EV battery. Unfortunately the Electrical Dept. was backed up and getting in for service took much longer than expected. I happened to locate a Ford Mustang at AutoNation Ford Tustin that I was interested in while was overseas. It has been a while since I purchased a new vehicle, but I decided to go ahead and buy it. I have been weary with car dealerships for a long time. Going in a I knew I wasn't going to get much leeway in the price of the vehicle and I was too tired to even argue with the Sales Manager. I am sure I payed too much, but the experience wasn't horrendous and I was in and out with my new car in (4) hours. There was a little miscommunication with the optional service contracts, but it was taken care of after the Thanksgiving Holiday. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous and not at all assertive or unpleasant. If I am in the area I would definitely use the Service Department. More

A special shout-out to the service tech who worked on my car, especially the exhaust – their expertise and attention to detail were evident in the fantastic results. I periodically, as in not overly often, receive mail/emails reminding me of needed service along with coupons that actually help bring down cost. Recently, I got my car serviced and made the purchase of tires at a price comparable to Costco. Along with the great offers, the service is awesome! Bob is the best service rep! He’s professional, personable, and always makes sure my car gets the best possible service for a reasonable price. Very happy with my last car service and enjoying driving with 4 new tires that came at the price of buy 3 and get 1 for $1! If this experience continues to be the norm, we will keep returning to AutoNation Ford Tustin for services and down the road when considering purchasing a new car! More
Elmer Lopez was great after 2 years of waiting I got my F150 Lighting. Elmer was upfront about time and wait. He reached out to me to let me know how is was going. My only issue was they wanted to add dent F150 Lighting. Elmer was upfront about time and wait. He reached out to me to let me know how is was going. My only issue was they wanted to add dent and paint protection that I didn't want. Elmer helped me get them to remove the unwanted items. That made me willing to go through with the sale. I don't blame the sales manager for trying! As a friend of mine says it is an ask. if you don't want it you can walk away. Elmer worked to get it taken off so I didn't. That plus his excellent customer service is why I will come back to work with him again. More
