Worst service I have ever had at a dealership this was the fourth trip to get the problem fixed. Twice I was told they would not work on the problem that day—just leave the problem—no reason given. Had several service advisers-some nice, some not so. Three times worked on, two times not fixed, hopefully the third time it was fixed. More

I have always received great customer service at this dealership, but my recent visit for an old change/inspection was average at best.
