I was displeased that the technician lost the cap to the power steering reservoir. I was also surprised to see all the greasy marks on and around the driver side door. I tried the 385 dealership because my previous service advisor started working there. The waiting room is pleasant and airy. I had a 'recall' appoint at 09:00 on 08/17/2021. I dropped the car off exactly at 09:00. The car didn't start to get worked on until after 11:00. The actual service at the dealership was excellent. The waiting room facilities were also very good. The delivery of the repaired vehicle at the time promised was excellent.
