Service Department was OUTSTANDING. In transit through Memphis, I called about a problem with my new CRV. These gentlemen invited me to stop by, evaluated the problem (which could not be reproduced), took Memphis, I called about a problem with my new CRV. They assured us that all was well and safe to continue our journey home to Maryland. Beyond that, both Buzz and Donnie were most pleasant, caring, and involved in the issue.
