TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Don’t take your Honda here unless you have a full day for an oil change. So I am a 75 yo woman so I guess they think I have a whole day to sit around Don’t take your Honda here unless you have a full day for an oil change. She said the other assistants kept putting customer sheets in front of mine instead of behind it. WHAT???? That means 2 things to me…lack of proper management and very poor communication. I had already missed an appointment so I just asked for my car back. This was my first visit to hacks cross service dept. I usually go to wolfchase, but Hacks Cross is much closer to my home. So I retrieved my car, headed over to Wolfchase where I bought my car and have always gotten it serviced. Hacks Cross needs an in service with these guys about customer service. I was in and out in less than an hour at Wolfchase. I have never had an unkind word about Honda until now,and I am driving my 4th Honda all bought and serviced at Wolfchase. Well guess that’s enough said. Love you guys at Wolfchase. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HACKS CROSS!!! More
