TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Don’t take your Honda here unless you have a full day for an oil change. So I am a 75 yo woman so I guess they think I have a whole day to sit around!! After 3 hours I inquired as to the status of my car. The assistant said there were 4 still in front of me. She said the other assistants kept putting customer sheets in front of mine instead of behind it. WHAT???? That means 2 things to me…lack of proper management and very poor communication. I had already missed an appointment so I just asked for my car back. This was my first visit to hacks cross service dept. I usually go to wolfchase, but Hacks Cross is much closer to my home. So I retrieved my car, headed over to Wolfchase where I bought my car and have always gotten it serviced. Hacks Cross needs an in service with these guys about customer service. I was in and out in less than an hour at Wolfchase. I have never had an unkind word about Honda until now,and I am driving my 4th Honda all bought and serviced at Wolfchase. Well guess that’s enough said. Love you guys at Wolfchase. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HACKS CROSS!!! More

As Douglas noticed an unresponded to text from me, and knowing that particular service rep was out for a few days, Doug took the initiative to reach out to make sure that the tire Honda had order and rece knowing that particular service rep was out for a few days, Doug took the initiative to reach out to make sure that the tire Honda had order and received was correct (it wasn't) so he corrected the order and (it seemed to me) expedited getting the correct tire in and installed. All of our interactions (text, phone and face-to-face) were perfectly professional and helpful. I will definitely be looking for Douglass the next time my Honda truck needs service. More
My vehicle is brought in on a 9th of September for a gas leak. My service adviser was Justin. I pulled my vehicle in for Dustin to writeup and he moved back on the lot to be brought back in for service. It leak. My service adviser was Justin. It was picked up on the 15th of September for bill repair of $574 and I had to bring it back on the 17th With the same problem. I received a call from Dustin on the 19th saying there was an oil leak found and couldn't find gas leak. Justin and I agreed that when I brought in vehicle there was no other leak but gas since he moved my vehicle as well. I informed him no history of oil leak prior to bringing into Honda Auto Nation 09/9/22. Dustin stated he would get with another technician to do another accessment to determine the origin of the continued gas leaking. More
