Antoine was a great Salesman to work with. Jody was a very nice finance guy that worked. I was able to purchase a higher trim model Honda at this dealership for the same price as a lower trim model at the dealership closest to me. The prices for this dealer are the fairest in the Memphis area for new vehicles! Reason for 4 and not 5 stars: When I placed my deposit for the vehicle I made it clear I would be paying in cash. Upon arrival it was extremely difficult to pay for the vehicle. Before pickup I was asked to pay for the vehicle with a debit card which was the most ridiculous request I’ve ever heard of; yes let me just pay $38000 with my debit card… I was then told a wire transfer would be acceptable. Upon arrival I was told of a new policy in place for the last 4 WEEKS that did not allow me to pay for the vehicle 100% with a wire transfer. Had I been made aware of this I would have just brought a check to supplement the wire transfer. 4 WEEKS salesman knew of the policy and vehicle has been reserved during that time frame and I was never made aware until I arrived. Instead I wasted about 4 hours and left without the vehicle. I had to return the next day with a check. Never had so much trouble trying to give somebody money! More
