Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten! Kayce Glover rocks!!! She was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. People like her could teach others about genuine customer service. I appreciate that Doug looks out and tracks my maintenance needs of my Ridgeline. I have had very little issues with this vehicle, but it was time for breaks, front and rear and a tune up after maintenance needs of my Ridgeline. I count on Autonation Honda to service my Ridgeline with genuine parts by trained Honda mechanics. Doug alerted me to what the next service will entail to keep my car running and dependable. This dealer is further from my home and the staff is friendly the reason way I go further now. More

My service manager was the high spot. First, he was the only service manager still in the job. The service department has been historically poor with a major error on my first visit.
