Made an appointment for my daughters Honda fit to get the oil changed and fix the skip plate. When we made the appointment was told it would take 1-2 hours. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND YOU CAN COMMUNICATE TO SOMEONE WAITING. My daughter just got her car back and left .
