The service was very efficient. Oil change, tire rotation and car alignment took just 2 hours. The car was also washed and vacuumed. Wow!!! Everyone was very helpful and kind. My family was travelling in Memphis from O'Fallon, Illinois (5 hours away) for a weekend soccer tournament, and we punctured a tire beyond repair. The service staff at AutoNation Honda 385 fit us into their already very busy schedule at 7:00am on a Saturday morning and installed a new tire by 9:00am and confirmed our Honda Pilot ready to return safely home the next day. Doug in the AutoNation service department was extremely helpful, professional, and overall friendly to assist us with the successful repair of our vehicle. We are very appreciative of Doug and his service department colleagues to help us in a time of need. Thanks again! More

The service level at this dealership has been steadily declining for years now. In my latest service appointment, I advised the service department of an issue and not only was my issue not addressed, they declining for years now. In my latest service appointment, I advised the service department of an issue and not only was my issue not addressed, they took apart something and didn’t even bother to put it back correctly.
