We have had the luxury of purchasing many cars in our lives both exotics and traditional. This was the worst buying experience we have ever encountered. I am a very busy traveling nurse/manager and we were in pursuit of purchasing an economical car that was fuel efficient with the growing gas prices. So, we sat our sights on purchasing the Honda Insight. After endless days of searching on the Internet we came across one located at AutoNation 385. The sales person (Alicia White) was very responsive initially but that came to an abrupt halt after we made a $17k down payment. Her updates and follow up calls became nonexistent. It took days before we received an update on when our car would be shipped to us. After a couple of weeks of waiting, the car arrived filthy. Inside and out. The car had dirt and sand in the carpet. It clearly wasn’t vacuumed. It has a light colored interior and it had black dirty marks on the door panels, arm rest seats etc… We brought this to the attention of the receiving AutoNation dealership in Orlando and their reply was it was nothing they could do because it should have been done at the Memphis dealership and further more their detail guys had left for the day. If the management is interested, we have pictures as documentation. Wow, this was an unpleasant and horrible experience for what we think is a very reliable product. Honda should look closer at who represents and sells their products. Buyer beware of this dealership and salesperson Alicia White. More

I feel this dealership shouldn’t force dealerships packages on customers it should always be an option once its offer. I didn’t receive the Black Pilot Touring I wanted due to dealerships packages bei packages on customers it should always be an option once its offer. I didn’t receive the Black Pilot Touring I wanted due to dealerships packages being forced on me during the time I tried to purchase the 2022 Black Touring. It was heartbreaking to lose the vehicle (Black) that I wanting so badly just to find out it was sold while setting down debating packages that I declined several times. After visiting the dealership several times I finally purchase a white new 2022 Pilot Touring without dealerships packages which I accepted. At some point while negotiating I was told that the automobile couldn’t be Purchase without the dealership package. I read the dealership buyer sheet and it state **Optional product or service not required for vehicle purchase. All of these packages was listed in the Purchase Option selection. But at the time I was being subdue by purchasing packages I declined several times, the only Black Touring was being sold. Therefore I lost out on the Black Touring that I so badly want it. More
