We took our 2019 CR-V in on an appointment. They found the problem, but said the person that did that work was on vacation. We were told to bring in the next Saturday. We took it in and they said we d the problem, but said the person that did that work was on vacation. We were told to bring in the next Saturday. We took it in and they said we did not have an appointment and they had no record of our previous visit. The man that talked to us was not very nice - bossy and unhelpful. We will take it in for third time for the same issue tomorrow. More

Initially got a teat was ready when it wasn’t ready. I got a ride to the dealer, was told it wasn’t really ready and had to. One back a second time 2 hours later to get the truck.
