And all of this was done through text messaging which also allowed me to communicate with my service advisor, Michael, the whole time for any questions that I had. They also have a great new waiting lounge with free water, coffee/hot chocolate, snacks, and 2 large flat screen TVs. I was in an out in no time and there were no hidden surprises (extra charges or delays). Yay! I'll definitely be back! More
