I had my 2022 Ridgeline serviced recently by AutoNation Honda Clearwater. Alignment, rotation of tires, oil change, cabin and engine filter plus added roof rails and hood protector. After purchasing a 2016 Altima on 8/26 I noticed an issue with the transmission on 8/29. This was reported to the dealer in accordance with the five-day warrantee. After much back and forth it was finally de with the transmission on 8/29. This was reported to the dealer in accordance with the five-day warrantee. After much back and forth it was finally determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. The dealership “offered” to do it at a 20% discount which would cost me nearly $5,000. I refused and informed them that I wanted to return the car in accordance with the warrantee for a full refund or they could replace the transmission at their cost. They have refused to do so, and the car currently sits at their location (10/1) pending the outcome of legal action. Do not purchase any type of vehicle from this dealership unless you wish to be taken advantage of and treated as a dollar sign instead of a valued customer. More
