Auto Nation Honda is one of the best places to have your vehicle serviced. I have been using this dealership since 2012. I enjoyed the best car shopping experience of my entire life! in the past I have had great service here. However, this time the service advisor was way over worked and when I came in there was only one service advisor on duty. it took 15 minutes before he was able to time the service advisor was way over worked and when I came in there was only one service advisor on duty. it took 15 minutes before he was able to write up the service order and almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and brake fluid flush. Started out bumpy but Dustin made everything right! He is the store manager and really, showing cars, etc, isn't what he should be doing but he stepped in and he did just that. I purchased a car the day before Thanksgiving, I drove ut for one day before having to bring it back in for repairs. When I emailed my sales rep to ask about looking for a different vehicle, he went out of c for one day before having to bring it back in for repairs. Definitely not a good sign that he has confidence that he sold me a good car. More
