Started off great, the deal was fair. Sales person Arianna and Brandon were great. Sales Manager Chris was great. Could have been a much different review... I discovered an issue with the financing, so I have tried contacting the staff at AutoNation Honda via both email and phone multiple times. I even asked to speak with the GM after not receiving a response for over a week. I was transferred to the GM's voicemail and a message was left. So here we are, 10 days after the sale, 2 emails and 5 voicemails later, and I still have not received a call back from the Finance department or the GM. The sales person Arianna did reach out to ask how I liked the vehicle, but that call was unrelated to the financing issue. I don't write reviews, but after spending $50k on a vehicle only to be ignored after the sale...others need to be warned. More
