I have tried to call several times over the last few weeks. Always the same response, “He’s with a customer””. I’ll leave my name and number and still waiting for the return call. Not changing my mind that this dealership is Sales first, Customer service last.

Changing couple of clips filters and windshield wipers for 1100$ while the car is under factory warranty, won’t get you too far, I guess that explains it all ( not even a shred of trying to make at least an effort to keep my business there) luckily got everything fixed by another honda dealer (NO COST TO ME)
