The shop was also very clean and I saw it with my own two eyes. They just need to work on thorough services and making sure they hit everything the customer asks for. They also need to work on knowing what customers have covered under warranty and don’t have covered. Overall the experience at this dealership is amazing. I normally hesitate to bring my vehicle to the dealership since I know that it's always a hassle... either too much money or too much time. Mr. Ramirez recognized that the last time I paid for a diagnostic that did not yield any results. He recognized this and decided not to charge me for the diagnosis since I was treated unfairly last time. Furthermore, after it was discovered that the problem was faulty fuel injectors, he found that these injectors were under recall and was able to change them free of charge.... :). I truly believe that they have the right people to treat people fairly, with the best competitive prices. I will bring my vehicle back, but hopefully not anytime soon... :P More
